Police On Tv is a french band from Romilly-sur-Seine, which used to be a industrial city but now almost factories closed. Texts are written in french and their punk rock sounds like testimonials of our times ; grey and not very hopeful. Note that Le p'tit Nicolas, is dédicated to our actual president (Nicolas Sarkozy) ; this guy is one of the most detested person we've seen for a long time !
"Burnes" means bollocks, but in that case, the title is much more something like "what a band of wankers !" ; Police on Tv has a great sense of self-deprecating humour.
