All prices listed on the Website Catalogue are WITHOUT Postage ! The Postage depends on the total weight of your Order. If possible, you have choice between many shipping mode. Please also note that there is a little benefit within the Postage Price to cover costs for Mailers and Boxes. Please check if your address and contact details are correct ! In case of a incorrect address information we are not responsible if you don't receive your shipment ! If shipments are returned to us because of wrong or incorrect address information, you have to pay either the shipping costs for the return and a new dispatch. If it was our fault we will resend it to our own costs.

DELIVERY DELAY
Dispatch and Delivery Times vary a lot and depends on the Freight Company. At least you can expect something like :
- Letter : unknow delay. Could be very long.
- Colissimo : 4 to 8 days (if you dont get your parcel in 15 days : contact us !)

SHIPPING COST TO FRANCE
All our boxes are sent by La Poste (Coliposte).
- COLISSIMO : with tracking number and a limited insurance.
- MONDIAL RELAY : You will have to choose à delivery point.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All our boxes are sent by La Poste (Coliposte) :
- SIMPLE SHIPPING : No tracking number, nor insurance. This is the cheapest way, but the more risky too.
- SIMPLE SHIPPING + TRACKING NUMBER : A little more expensive but the tracking number is sometimes very useful !
- COLISSIMO : Tracking number, full insurance.

DAMAGED PARCELS
Please let us know immediately if you receive your box or records in a bad condition and ask the postman why it is in such a bad condition or shape. You have to claim this directly at your door before the postman hands it over to you. We usually pack it up very safe and secure but you never know how they treat it during dispatches. If you see a very damaged parcel, refuse it (we will refund you if you choose Colissimo Expert I shipping mode).

RETURNS
Exchange or return of unused products in their original packing is possible without stating reasons within 7 days. Please contact us prior to the exchange. Credits arising out of returned products will be balanced at once. Postage has to be paid by the costumer. Please do not ship your returns freight forward (i.e.: postage has to be paid by the recipient). Such parcels will not be accepted by our delivery service and will be returned at your expense. Sealed products (Books, Videos etc.) can only be returned if still sealed. Clothes must not be worn or washed.
