Ripcord - Discography 3 - From Demo Slaves To Radio Waves

Ripcord were one of the early thrash/crust bands from England who played reg shows and were involved in the scene with the likes of Deviated Instinct, Heresy, Amebix, Axegrinder, Napalm Death, etc.
This is the last part of their discography series and was again done in co-operation with Epistrophy Records. The songs featured on this Lp have been taken from almost opposite ends of Ripcord's recorded works from `86 to `88. The Lp starts off with their, in my opinion strongest stuff ever the peel session - whirlwind hc with excellent timing and gruff vocals. Then follows a demo that documents the "Defiance Of Power" Lp but much more raw. Side 2 features a demo that was recorded 3 month's before (!) their famous Flexi 7". Excellent stuff to complete their history! 3 previously unreleased songs!"
